Melissa “Mel” Nordberg is a real estate agent based in Polson, Montana, ranked in the top 14% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide. With over a decade in the Flathead Lake and Big Sky areas, Mel offers deep local knowledge and a calm, confident approach to real estate. She began her career in 2019, including time managing over $1,000,000,000 in transactions as a licensed office manager in Big Sky’s luxury market.

 

Today, she specializes in relocation and lakefront properties, combining strong communication, smart strategy, and creative marketing to help clients feel informed and supported. Mel is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and was nominated for Rookie of the Year by the Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS®. She also serves as Chair of the association’s Professional Development Committee. Outside of real estate, Mel is an avid outdoorswoman who brings the same energy and enthusiasm to helping her clients as she does to skiing, mountain biking, and exploring Montana’s backcountry.
